On November 28, 60 students participated in a one-day innovation event as part of the Social Innovation Series. Students participated in design-thinking activities and worked with mentors to identify challenges in school health and wellness, and then pitched their solution to a panel of judges, "Shark Tank Style." At the end of the day, 10 Projects were awarded $1000 to bring their idea to life - as well as the chance to be selected as the grand prize winner by SAP to visit their new Hudson Yards office in NYC before heading over to The Shark Group to meet and learn from one of the original Shark Tank Judges Daymond John!
Check out pictures of our winners here, and stay tuned for more updates throughout the year!
