Once you’re happy with your Project Design, you can submit it. But first, be sure to review your Project Design by going back through every section!
Your Submission Checklist:
- Re-read each section as if YOU were in charge of funding it.
- If applicable, notify your Project Advisor that you’re going to submit.
- Make sure you answered any additional questions or specific prompts if you are applying for a certain opportunity from a funder.
- Proofread your Project Design for spelling or errors.
Once you submit, the AdCap team will review your Project Design. If it is eligible for funding you and your Project Advisor will be notified via email on next steps.
If you receive a grant, you can normally expect the check to arrive at your school in about 6 weeks – we’ll keep you updated on the process! Once you start implementing your Project, we’ll ask you to share back updates with us so that we can report on and celebrate your amazing work throughout the year.
